What do you get?

It is possible to order:

the whole set containing 5 balanced meals for the whole day (breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon tea, supper), which should be eaten regularly every 2-3 hours. Thanks to this, there is no need to buy additional snacks, fruit, etc.
only lunch (ca. 500 kcal)

We divide daily diets into:

FIT (1200-1500 kcal) – which will allow you to lose weight,
STANDARD (1800-2000 kcal), which will allow to provide the body with all the ingredients and vitamins necessary in the daily diet of a healthy person.

It is also possible to order a bottle of still water – 0.5 l - PLN 1.5

Orders can be processed including weekends or from Monday to Friday.
